Surreal Drama - 109:00
A stylish neo-noir thriller of duplicity, dance, and the descent into madness. Alec Carlin makes his feature film directorial debut with "Outpatient". During a prolific period of writing screenplays, Carlin has won numerous awards, including "Best of the Northwest" at the Seattle Int'l Film Festival, a King County Arts Commission, an Artist Trust Fellowship and a finalist spot on the Nicholas Foundation.
